Tequila, Jalisco is a sweet little town not very far from the big city of Guadalajara in Southern Mexico. We were in Guadalajara for a Bible convention and we decided to drive a few more miles to Tequila for a short visit to another part of beautiful Mexico.
We wanted to tour the Jose Cuervo distillery but we decided the prices were a little high. We had our four kids with us and well, a tour for six people gets expensive quickly. In the end, we walked the town center, ate lunch, and sampled tequila before buying a couple of different brands to enjoy at home. All in all, I would call it a good day.

Buy me a cup of coffee
A ridiculous amount of coffee was consumed in the process of creating this project. Add some fuel if you'd like to keep me going ;-) Gracias!

I live in Mexico with my hubby and four kiddos. I keep busy with homeschooling, traveling, and my Bible ministry. I love photography and writing, so I blog. My family is a little nutty but nutty is never boring and always an adventure. And I love adventure!

Beautiful takes of this picturesque town. I grew up near Chapala and have family in Tequila. Your pictures remind me of the cool nights running around the “plazita”. Great eye! They are beautiful!
Nice!!
Thank you Dave :-)
